no.
We are not servicing any sov system, even tho some are poping up. |

Aakkonen wrote:I have used Red frog many times, just awesome fast delivery. It would be damn good if you guys could be blues to major Alliances so you could deliver stuff from like non-NPC outpost to jita and vice versa!
Greetings from Cobalt edge
it would be nice!

Temba Mapindazi wrote:Yes the Frogs are reliable and fast .... use them you will agree with me .... I wish the big Alliances would let them fly freely in null sec as well .... EVE needs good fast affordable transport that does not get blown up, a win win for everyone!
I'd say we are respected by most of the biggest alliances out there!
Most of the time, when we get our cyno ship poped, it's by some low-level pirates corp that controls a particular system.

but this time, i waiting 2 days to accept the contract and then other 2 days to complet :-(
2 days to complete is rather unusual, there may have been some complication with the pickup or delivery station. (if it's one of those Amarr Indus Station, we need to wait until the system is almost completly empty)
2 days to accept can happen too, this week we got some pilot away because of different reasons :) |

Burn Jita has left it's mark on all 3 frogs this weekend.
Across all Frog division, we hauled more then 600 contracts, of which a lot were from and to jita, while losing only 3 freighters, and no jump freighter.
We had a lot of fun this weekend within those who stayed to haul, or just to help by giving out some information to the others!
But now we must face one of the biggest queue of our history, and this will take time to recover from it, so be patient, as of this morning, there was more then 700 contracts in the Red Frog queue, more then 100 in the black, and more then 30 in the Blue one.
We will work on them like we always do, trying to clear the oldest one first, but it might take the whole week to get back to normal queues.
Thank you for your understanding! :)

Heather Tsukaya wrote:It appears your site has crashed.
When I go to red-frog.org I get "the connection was reset"
this can happen from time to time when the server is doing the contract refresh, as it's downloading and treating over 20k contracts data. |

It's an extremely stupid policy with no reason apart from to screw money out of their customers, either to pay for the same trip multiple times, or to have to pay to have containers moved to the system. Either way it's an absolute load of ****.
You can use an alt to create your own containers.
All you need is a bit of contact training.
When you do have at least contracting 1, you can create up to 5 contracts on your alt.
Use those to create up to 5 courier contracts to your main, if you have more then 1000 items, train contracting 2 to get 9 contract slot.
Then, accept them with your main, and create another courier contract to us with those 4-5-6 plastic wrap, mentionning in the comments "containers".
and there you go! |

Sage Mode wrote:BFL,
I have sent an email to the designated pilot that accepted my most recent contract. I have used your delivery before in the past and things have almost always arrive between 30min-6hours. I am unaware if this has been subcontracted to another pilot but thus even with a 150mil tip to promote fast service since you guys have done so well for me in the past (I do realize you dont do rush shipping). My only thing is thatI now have 2 contracts accepted remotely by somone who remains offline. ive nearly hit the billion dollar mark on shipment costs. I dont mean to pry but 48 hours after submittion i have never seen the pilot logged in.
Please let me know if somthing needs to be done.
Thanks,
Sage
Otherwise all shipments have been great!
Hi, looking at those contracts, I can see that the first one was completed 36h after submission, and the second one 25h after submission.
Was there other contracts under another alt you submitted?
Tips are appreciated, but wont speed up deliveries. A Black Frog pilot will always think safety first, and sometime, if the system is camped, or if there is a miscalculation about time needed before IRL kicks in, the pilot will wait a bit before risking the jump.
Thank you for your understanding! :) |

we changed that price because those 50m contracts tended to stay longer in the queue when we were overloaded. This encourage pilots to take them earlier because they are more attractive.
We can't settle any agreements for the price, as it's not always the same pilot that will do your contracts. |
